Primarily responsible for supporting the DC by efficiently delivering hardware-related merchandise to Orgill, Inc. customers. The Delivery Driver also picks up customer returns and empty totes and transports them to the DC.

• Understand DOT regulations and safety functions.
• Perform Pre-Trip and Post-Trip inspections.
• Deliver and unload merchandise at customer stores, by hand when necessary.
• Complete required paperwork (DOT logs, Manifests, Trip Reports, Fuel Reports).
• Be familiar with the E-Log system.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Manage customer merchandise in a timely and safe manner.
• Direct traffic during accidents or breakdowns.
• Climb in and out of the truck cab multiple times daily.
• Follow supervisor directions.
• Perform other assigned duties and assist in other jobs as needed.

• Current Class A license with Haz Mat endorsement; doubles required.
• Minimum two years tractor driving experience, preferably with double trailers.
• Willing to work nights overnight if required.
• Excellent driving record.

• High School diploma preferred.
• Power equipment certification is a plus.
