Your new companyOperating both in the UK and across the world, they are a leading contractor delivering projects across multiple sectors including; real estate, defence, education, highways, rail and water.Your new roleWorking on the largest highways project in the region involving roundabout improvements and a new 10 mile dual carriageway, we are looking for a Civils Foreman to join the project team.

As Highways Foreman you will play a key role in supervising site operations, ensuring works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards across the scheme.

This role includes oversight of specialist activities such as pipe jacking operations and drainage systems, including sedimentation (settlement) tanks, requiring strong technical understanding and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate site teams and subcontractors on highways works.
• Oversee delivery of pipe jacking operations, ensuring alignment, safety, and programme adherence
• Manage installation of drainage systems, including sedimentation tanks and associated infrastructure
• Ensure all activities are delivered in line with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards
• Plan and manage daily works in line with programme requirements.
• Allocate labour, plant, and materials effectively
