Recruitment Partner – US Team (Based in St Neots)

We are looking to hire an experienced Recruitment Partner to join our growing US team. This role is ideal for someone who sees recruitment as a long‑term partnership with clients, where service delivery, trust, and consistency are just as important as results.

As a Recruitment Partner
, you will play a key role in supporting our US‑based clients, ensuring expectations are clearly mapped, communicated, and delivered against. You will act as a true extension of our clients’ businesses, providing a high‑quality, consultative recruitment service from brief through to placement.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for US clients, including:

  • Taking detailed vacancy briefs and aligning closely with client expectations
  • Delivering a high standard of service across multiple roles and accounts
  • Sourcing, engaging, and managing candidates through to successful completion
  • Building long‑term, trusted relationships with both clients and candidates
  • Working collaboratively with an Account Manager and the wider team to ensure seamless delivery

This role requires flexibility, as you will be supporting US clients from the UK. Your working hours will shift to suit client needs, including later working hours aligned to US time zones. There will also be occasional travel to the United States
, giving you the opportunity to strengthen client relationships in person.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has previous recruitment experience (agency or in‑house)
  • Is service‑led, organised, and takes real pride in delivering a quality experience
  • Enjoys working at pace and can adapt their recruitment approach to different roles and clients
  • Understands the importance of clear communication and expectation‑setting
  • Brings a positive attitude to their work and enjoys being part of a team

A background in business development is beneficial, but this role is primarily about partnership and delivery
, rather than sales‑driven recruitment.

The Package
  • £30,000 – £35,000 per annum, plus commission
  • 25 days’ holiday plus Christmas shutdown and bank holidays
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Flexible working hours between 11:00am – 11:00pm (Monday to Friday) to support US clients
  • Work from anywhere (WFA), with attendance in the St Neots office at least once per week
