Location: Wyboston

Hours: Mon – Fri 8am – 4:30pm

Proactive currently has an exciting opportunity for a Yard Operative to begin work for a leading manufacturing and production business in Wyboston. Due to rapid company expansion and an ever‑growing order book, they are hoping to recruit at least one additional Yard Operative to help ensure the quality and accuracy of the factory's function is well maintained throughout this new and excited influx of work.

• Working in an established team, picking, packing of small and large items.
• Quality checking and cleaning of products.
• Wet work in external yard.
• Manual handling of products.
• General upkeep of the yard to ensure health and safety risks are eliminated.
• Installations.
• Liaising with internal customer base.

• Counterbalance or 7.5T License (extremely desirable).
• Physically fit individual with a can‑do attitude.
