Salary: £29,500 per annum (£17.07 per hour) + overtime
Schedule:
12-hour shifts – 2 Days, 2 Nights, 4 On / 6 Off
Contract Type:
Temp to Perm

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Machine Operator to join our production team. In this role, you'll ensure the efficient and safe operation of machinery to maintain high-quality output.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and monitor production machinery
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Maintain product quality and production efficiency
- Work collaboratively as part of a shift team
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Hands-on experience operating machinery
- Strong understanding of health & safety and SOP compliance
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
