Machine Operative

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Night Shift Operative to join our self-adhesive flexo print and conversion team in St Neots.

This is a hands on manufacturing role requiring strong attention to detail and a methodical approach. You will be responsible for setting up, running, and managing print and/or converting machinery to deliver high-quality customer orders.

You’ll be joining a knowledgeable, supportive team where training, development and continuous improvement are part of everyday working life.

• Set up and operate label printing and/or converting machinery
• Produce printed and plain labels to customer specifications
• Meet production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards
• Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet internal requirements
• Package and label finished goods in line with company procedures
• Follow all company policies, including BRCGS standards
• Participate in ongoing training and development
• Carry out other reasonable duties as required

Monday & Tuesday: 10:00pm – 6:00am

Friday: 7:00pm – 11:00pm

30-minute paid breaks included (except Friday)

Last Friday of each month off (shift finishes 6am Friday morning)
