Looking for a stable, Monday to Friday role with a successful, reputable electrical distributor?

We’re recruiting a Trade Counter Sales Advisor for a well-established electrical wholesale business with multiple branches across the Midlands.

Due to continued growth, the St Neots branch is expanding its team.

• £30,000 – £35,000 + annual bonus.
• Monday–Friday, 07:30–17:00 — no weekends.
• Established, supportive team with excellent progression opportunities.

Hourly Rate: £30,000 to £35,000 per year + annual bonus

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm

Required Experience:

• Minimum 1 year in electrical wholesale, electrical distribution, or trade counter sales
• OR
• Hands-on knowledge of electrical products (contractor/installer background highly welcomed)
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Confident working in a busy B2B environment.
• A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
• Good product understanding across cables, lighting, switch gear, fittings, and consumables.
