You’ll work directly with individuals who may have intellectual or developmental disabilities or other complex medical needs, helping them live as independently as possible.

• Fixed Rate
  : $18.50/hr
• Schedules
  :
  Variety of open Part‑time schedules. All persons in this position should be prepared to work some weekend shifts and holidays.

• Provide Hands‑On Care
  :
  Assist individuals with daily activities like personal care, meal prep, transportation, housekeeping, and laundry, while fostering independence.
• Create a Safe & Welcoming Environment
  :
  Maintain a clean, safe space that ensures comfort and support while helping individuals reach their personal goals.
• Mentor & Guide
  :
  Provide supervision, positive reinforcement, and guidance to help individuals achieve their aspirations.

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for Helping Others
• Physical stamina to stay on your feet, walk, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Basic computer skills for tracking progress and documentation.
• Good communication skills: reading, writing, and documenting care, following support plans, and collaborating with both internal and external team members.
