The Minnesota Sex Offender Program (MSOP) is a residential, sex offense specific treatment program in a modified therapeutic community and secure setting that provides services to over 700 individuals who have been civilly committed for sexual offending. MSOP St. Petersiteserves clients in themiddlestages of treatment and clients with compromised executive functioning in a secure setting.

Community Preparation Services site (locatedin St. Peter) serves clients in the later stages of treatment, emphasizing deinstitutionalization and reintegration to the community in a less restrictive, unlocked setting.

• Providing group therapy and some individual counseling
• Preparing written documentation for internal and external audiences
• Creating treatment plans
• Delivering psycho-educational curriculums
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
• Conducting diagnostic and other assessments
• Providing clinical leadership

• Master’s or doctorate degree in psychology, social work, or related field
• Licensure in the State of Minnesota as a mental health professional (e.g., LICSW, LP, LPCC, LMFT)
