In this rewarding position, you will effectively manage and engage the Retail Sales Team, including Tellers, Personal Bankers, Deposit Account Specialists and Universal Bankers. You will make an impact by guiding, developing and strengthening your team as they reach expertise in transactional processing and customer service, aligning with the strong values and professional goals of Pioneer Bank.
Important day-to-day responsibilities of a Retail Sales Supervisor include:
- Supervision and scheduling of Tellers, Personal Bankers, Deposit Account specialists and Universal Bankers in your market.
- Responsible for the operational process and procedures for retail staff.
- Understand and be able to execute all retail related programs and transaction processing procedures.
- Work alongside retail staff to train, develop and assist with areas of weakness.
- Organize and lead coaching of retail sales process,
Qualifications for this Opportunity:
- Banking industry expertise with background in transactional services/retail sales.
- Previous experience with managing people preferred, but willing to train the right individual.

Wage range: $50,000 - $70,000
