Club Men's Soccer Head Coach

This is a part-time, exempt (salaried) position, non-benefits eligible, with a salary range of $5,000-$10,000 per co-head coach. The college is seeking two candidates to share the co-head coaching responsibilities.

Main Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and oversee practices and competitions.
• Recruit and retain qualified student-athletes, meeting with prospects on and off campus.
• Coordinate competition schedules and travel arrangements.
• Manage budgets and promote the program.
• Foster a positive environment for student-athletes.
• Collaborate with athletic and academic staff to support student-athlete success.
• Demonstrate leadership, sportsmanship, and professionalism.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

There is an opportunity to assist with the Men's Varsity Soccer program as a volunteer during their season.
