Position: Assertive Community Treatment Case Worker for Client Support
Take on the vital role of Case Worker in Assertive Community Treatment. Provide essential outreach and recovery support to clients dealing with mental health and addiction issues within the community.

As a member of a multidisciplinary team, you will engage in assessments, intervention planning, and recovery consultations. This position involves regular travel between various sites to ensure clients receive the necessary support. Successful candidates will embody strong values of harm reduction and recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess client needs regarding mental health and addiction

• Implement intervention strategies in outreach settings

• Collaborate with colleagues for comprehensive care

• Adhere to mental health and child protection laws

• Facilitate referrals to appropriate community resources

Requirements:

• Health-related degree from an accredited institution

• Up to 2 years of related experience preferred

• Maintain a valid BC Driver's License

• Understanding of relevant legislation and treatment methods

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
