Position: Rehabilitation Assistant for Engaging Patient Activities and Care
Enhance the functional abilities of patients as a dynamic Rehabilitation Assistant. Engage in therapeutic, recreational, and physical activities in a collaborative healthcare environment.

This role provides direct support under the guidance of a Staff Therapist, facilitating group and individual activities to aid recovery and improve overall health. Key responsibilities include transportation of patients to and from treatment areas, observing and reporting progress, and coordinating volunteers for activity programs. Your commitment to patient safety and quality care will be essential in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group therapeutic activities

• Transport patients to treatment areas as needed

• Report patient progress to the Therapist

• Direct volunteers during activity sessions

• Assist in maintaining a safe and organized environment

Requirements:

• Completion of a Rehabilitation Assistant Program

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Physical capacity to perform job duties

• Ability to organize and manage tasks

• Experience with related equipment
