Recent experience working with mental health clients is essential, along with effective communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments and nursing procedures

• Develop and implement care plans for clients

• Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation

• Observe and report changes in client conditions

Requirements:

• Active BC LPN registration required

• One year experience with mental health clients

• CPR, First Aid, and Food Safe certifications

• Class V Driving License necessary

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
