What we’re looking for- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible schedules and/or in multiple locations
- Sales/marketing experience (preferred)
- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
- Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs
- Schedule clients according to their preferences
- Ensure all client needs are met during service, both in person, over the phone, or virtually
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
- Execute other duties as assigned
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment
- Previous experience in a customer service environment
- Ability to multi‑task
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Computer proficiency and ability to use Microsoft Office

Pay Range$11.00 - $27.00 per hour. Local minimum wage laws apply. Individual pay decisions depend on job‑related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location. Eligible associates may participate in incentive compensation or short‑term incentive plans. Qualifying associates can enroll themselves and/or eligible dependents in medical and prescription drug coverage, participate in the H&R Block Retirement Savings Plan (401(k) Plan), the Employee Assistance Program, virtual fitness center programs, the associate discount program, are automatically enrolled in Business Travel Accident Insurance, and receive Associate Tax Prep benefit.
