• Deliver nursing practices according to evidence‑based research, policies, and standards of care to ensure safe, individualized patient care.
• Communicate ongoing status, rendered care, and treatment plans with patients, colleagues, and the health care team.
• Administer medication using barcode scanning and documentation technologies to ensure safety.
• Document assessments, plan of care, interventions, and evaluations at point‑of‑care in the electronic system.
• Provide patient and family‑centered education to optimize health, wellness, and disease management.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary discharge planning for safe transitions and continuum of care.

• Current, valid New Jersey nursing license.
• BLS/CPR certification by the American Heart Association.
• ACLS preferred.
• BSN in progress or willing to obtain within 3 years of hire.
• Preferred oncologic experience; willingness to obtain OCN within 2 years of hire.
• Previous infusion experience required.
• Flexibility with start times.
• Strong sense of accountability, teamwork, dedication to education, and commitment to the highest quality of care.

Minimum hourly rate: $43.77.
