Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) – Homecare / In Home. • Assist with personal care (dressing, mobility, bathing, grooming, toileting, exercise)

Responsibilities vary per client.

• Hourly shifts can range from 4 to 12 hours

• Valid New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide License required
• High school diploma or GED
• Recent negative TB test
• Proof of MMR vaccine (measles, mumps, rubella)
• Ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Caregiving: 1 year (preferred)

Salary: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour

We will be offering a referral bonus for any employee that you refer to our office. This is a great way to earn some extra cash!

• Please make sure the person you refer mentions your first and last name at the interview, so we know who gets credit for the referral!
• The employee must be an active certified home health aide (CHHA) in New Jersey and in good standing with the board of nursing.
• Employees must work 3 weeks – after the 3 weeks is completed you will be paid the bonus amount in your paycheck.

• Refer 1 employee – $200.00 per employee
• Refer 2 employees – $250.00 per employee
• Refer 3 employees – $300.00 per employee
• Refer 4 employees – $350.00 per employee
• Refer 5 employees – $400.00 per employee
