Manahawkin Health and Rehabilitation Center is looking for a talented and motivated professional to lead our business office department in Manahawkin, NJ. This position is primarily responsible for insurance verifications, Medicaid/Medicare, and insurance follow up.

This is a full-time position working Monday
- Friday day time hours.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience in business office management within a healthcare or skilled nursing setting
  • Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance billing
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency
Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day business office operations (billing, collections)
  • Manage resident trust accounts and ensure financial accuracy
  • Prepare and submit insurance billing claims, following up and resolving discrepancies
  • Assist residents and families with financial paperwork and questions regarding billing
  • Generate financial reports for facility leadership
  • Supervise and support office staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and financial guidelines

    Collaborate with department leaders to support overall facility success
