• Deliver nursing practices according to evidence‑based research and standards of care, ensuring safe and individualized patient care.
• Communicate ongoing with patients, nursing colleagues, and the health care team regarding patient status, care, and treatment plans.
• Administer medication using bar‑scanning and documentation technologies.
• Document patient assessments, plan of care, interventions, and evaluation of care in real time at the point of care.
• Provide patient and family education to optimize health and disease management.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary discharge to ensure safe transitions and continuum of care.

• Current and valid New Jersey nursing license.
• Active AHA BLS/CPR certification.
• Minimum one year of nursing experience; OR experience preferred.
• Motivated team member ready to scrub and circulate on a variety of surgical cases.
• Self‑starter with strong independence, time‑management, and prioritization skills.
• Within 30 minutes of hospital for on‑call requirements.
• Strong focus on teamwork, learning agility, and patient‑centered care.

Minimum rate: $43.77 per hour.
