REGISTERED NURSE – INTERMEDIATE CARE – PART‑TIME WITH BENEFITS (NIGHTS)

Location: Manahawkin, New Jersey

• Deliver nursing practices according to evidence‑based research, policies, and standards of care.
• Communicate patient status, care, and treatment plans with patients, colleagues, and the health care team.
• Administer medication utilizing bar‑scanning technology.
• Document electronic patient assessments, plan of care, interventions, and evaluations point‑of‑care.
• Provide patient‑ and family‑centered education aimed at optimizing health, wellness, and disease management.
• Participate in multidisciplinary discharge planning to ensure safe transitions and continuity of care.

• Current, valid New Jersey Nursing license.
• Active American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification.
• Minimum 6 months nursing experience or participation in the HMH Nurse Residency program.
• Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing preferred or willingness to obtain within 3 years.
• Telemetry certification preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Strong problem‑solving, teamwork, and dedication to ongoing education.
