RN- Registered Nurse

Manahawkin Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking for passionate Registered Nurses (RN) to join our growing nursing team in Manahawkin, NJ. As a RN, you will provide direct resident care, administer medications, and support the nursing staff in delivering high quality, resident-centered care.

This position is full time, part time, or per diem.

• $40.00 per hour
• $44.00 per hour -->
  Max Pay Program - Inquire during interview for program details.
• $42.00 per hour --> PRN Rate

Sign on Bonus --> $10,000 sign on bonus for full time.

• Current and active Registered Nurse License in state of NJ
• Previous experience in long term care is preferred
• Strong clinical assessment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays if needed

• Provide direct patient care to residents following established care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, documenting accurately
• Monitor residents' health status including vital signs, physical and mental condition
• Assist with admission, transfers and discharge procedures including resident assessments and documentation
• Collaborate with LPNs, CNAs, physicians, therapists and other team members to ensure quality care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in medical records
• Support residents with activities of daily living as needed
• Participate in care planning, family conferences, and resident meetings to promote person centered care
• Follow infection control, safety protocols and facility policies
• Educate residents and families on health management, medication use, and care procedures
• Assist in training and mentoring new staff
