The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute “start to finish” variable tasks such as planograms, as well as provide support for other tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and the maintenance of all signage. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members, while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a FAST Team Member, it is essential that you be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, able to fulfill the following requirements:

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with your District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and promptly.
• Perform store-specific measurements and cycle counts.
• Complete Tractor Way top cap process.
• Hang store signage and assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Review planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, Ask for value addition, and Appreciate the customer.
• Ensure a memorable shopping experience that differentiates from competitors.
• Provide peak coverage as needed, e.g., Day After Thanksgiving.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience:

Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding preferred. Must be 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution.
• Self-directed with minimal assistance needed to complete tasks.

• Generally indoor environment with moderate noise.
• Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store.
• Travel between store locations in personal vehicle required, often for extended periods.
• Maintain a safe, productive environment adhering to safety guidelines.
• Work on hard surfaces with adequate lighting and temperature.

• Travel as needed across district.
• Push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, and climb ladders frequently.
• Access all store areas safely.
• Operate store equipment including computers, cash registers, and handling tools.
• Read, write, and count accurately.
• Handle contact with birds/poultry.
• Complete all training successfully.
• Operate equipment like dollies, hand trucks, forklifts, balers, and computers (forklift/baler if 18+).
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Drive vehicles and move merchandise throughout the store.
• Maintain physical and mental stamina for store movement and safety.
