Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Accountant to join our fast-paced Back-Office Team. The role involves key responsibilities in month-end closing, financial reporting, and supporting our company's growth and expansion plans.

Responsibilities

Facilitate month-end close and related reporting for all locations and business units.

Present accurate and timely financial statements, including variance explanations.

Complete balance sheet reconciliations.

Update ERP master data tables and allocations as needed.

Maintain internal management reporting.

Support budgeting and forecasting processes.

Assist in audits and ensure statutory compliance.

Enhance and document financial processes.

Maintain internal controls.

Complete special projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLookup, etc.).

Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under deadlines.

Adaptability to learn new processes and applications quickly.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Environment

Team-focused office with a professional-casual dress code (nice jeans). Minimal overtime required.
