Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Process incoming payments by company policies and procedures.
- Verify the accuracy of invoices and related accounting documents.
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are properly recorded.
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Support the monthly closing and reconciliation process.
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team and a strong desire for long-term growth.
- Strong independent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
