Sunstone Global Venture LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations for multiple retail entities. This is a hands‑on, on‑site role supporting bookkeeping, reconciliations, reporting, and coordination with management and external accountants.

• Maintain accurate daily bookkeeping for multiple companies
• Record sales, expenses, vendor bills, and journal entries
• Handle bank and credit card reconciliations
• Prepare monthly financial reports and summaries
• Track payables, receivables, and cash flow
• Support payroll coordination and tax filings (with CPA)
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation

• 2–5+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Strong working knowledge of Quick Books (mandatory);
  Tally a plus
• Experience handling multiple entities or retail businesses preferred
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Must work on-site, full-time
