As a Service Management – Advisor I , you will support service delivery and operational satisfaction for clients of Output Solutions  will work with clients, Client Executives, Sales, Client Services, Service Delivery, product management, development, conversions and implementations teams to coordinate initiatives, resolve service needs and support project execution. Your work helps clients receive consistent service aligned to contractual commitments.

What you'll do:

Maintain the primary operational relationship with assigned clients and coordinate day-to-day service delivery activities.

Partner with Client Executives, Sales and clients to support operational strategy, service planning and issue resolution.

Schedule and facilitate client meetings with Fiserv departments to review Change Requests (CRs), project updates, open issues and escalation items.

Create, submit and track Project Service Requests (SRs), Engagement Requests and development requests through completion.

Attend project review meetings and service delivery calls to provide updates, document action items and follow up on escalations or scope changes.

Coordinate application releases, project implementations and related operational activities to support delivery within contractual service-level agreements (SLAs).Serve as an internal liaison across Output Solutions, business partners and other Fiserv teams to address client requests for additional services.

Experience you'll need to have:4+ years of experience in client service, account management, service delivery or project coordination within financial services, technology, print, digital or output solutions environments.

Experience coordinating client requests, service issues, project updates and escalations across internal teams and external client stakeholders.

Experience facilitating client meetings, documenting follow-up actions and communicating operational updates in writing and verbally.

Experience using service request, project tracking or customer relationship management tools to create, submit and track work items through completion.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Communications, Technology or related field or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.

Experience that would be great to have:

Experience supporting print and digital output solutions.

Experience working with conversions, implementations, application releases or product development teams.

Experience supporting contractual service-level agreements (SLAs) and operational performance reporting.

How you'll work:

This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.

Travel:

This role requires occasional travel (up to 10%).Sponsorship:
