• Demonstrated success in managing large scale commercial construction projects, with a focus on Government, Military and Municipal ventures
• 7+ years experience in commercial construction as acting Project Manager or Senior Project Manager
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to motivate teams and Preconstruction experience is a plus
• Responsible for proactively managing quality control standards and ensuring safety of project and adherence to safety protocols
• Monitor cost control and job costing, quantity reporting, forecasting and productivity
• Ground up / complex project experience a plus for full life cycle
• Computer skills and a familiarity with Microsoft office suite programs, specifically with Project Management / Financial Tools and Sage 300 Integration
• Knowledge of accounting and cost control procedures, Procore Competency and experience a plus
• Government, Municipal, Military, and industrial construction experience is all preferred!
