Key Responsibilities Of The Financial Analyst
  • Manage month‑end closing procedures and reconcile the general ledger.
  • Prepare monthly reporting packages analyzing company financial performance versus budget.
  • Develop and analyze key operational and accounting data for variance analysis, profit/loss statements, KPI reports, and monthly performance presentations.
  • Assist in long‑term financial planning and annual budget preparation.
  • Support the preparation of leadership and board‑level presentations.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy.
Qualifications Of The Financial Analyst
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 4+ years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with Hyperion Planning/Smart View and Oracle is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to leadership confidently.
