Pharmacy Technician
Position Summary
You are responsible for providing the service to partners, greeting them, identifying their needs, locating merchandise, helping them with marketing decisions, placing merchandise, resolving issues and inquiries, and promoting company products and services. You operate hardware such as cash registers or related equipment, process partner purchases, and assist in payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges through appropriate procedures for different partner types and payment methods.
You provide pharmacy products and services to members in accordance with company policies and procedures, assisting with prescription and over‑the‑counter medication orders, storing and securing pharmacy supplies, entering prescriptions, and completing and storing required paperwork and documentation. You receive and maintain inventory in the pharmacy area, organize and maintain the pharmacy following company policies and procedures, using equipment appropriately, doing marketing, and completing necessary paperwork, records, and logs.
You complete priorities and work assignments according to policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, peers, customers, and other business partners, identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations, communicating progress and information, determining and recommending improvement opportunities, and adapting and learning from changes, difficulties, and feedback. You comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics and integrity standards by implementing related action plans, using the Open Door Policy, and applying them in business practice and processes.

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
Minimum QualificationsMeets all state requirements to work as a Pharmacy Technician, such as minimum age, qualification, registration, certification, and/or licensure when required by the State Board of Pharmacy. Must obtain National Pharmacy Technician Certification issued by PTCB (PTCE) or NHA (ExCPT) within 9 months of job entry.
