US Senior Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and hands‑on US Senior Human Resources Manager to lead and be responsible for all HR operations for the US locations. You will manage compliance, employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, payroll coordination, ADP HR system, and performance processes. You will be the primary HR contact for employees and will play a key role in shaping a positive, transparent and execution‑driven work environment.

This role requires strong leadership in HR governance, risk mitigation, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities HR Operations and Compliance
  • Manage daily HR operations for approximately 30 employees in the U.S. (TN, TX and FL).
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Administer leave programs including FMLA, ADA, workers' compensation, and personal leaves.
  • Conduct HR audits to ensure proper documentation, compliance, and risk mitigation.
  • Maintain accurate records within ADP and ensure data integrity.
  • Develop processes, policies and systems
Recruiting and Onboarding
  • Manage full‑cycle recruiting for all US‑based roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and workforce planning.
  • Source candidates, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate offers.
  • Conduct new hire onboarding and orientation to ensure a consistent experience.
  • Build strong relationships with external recruiting partners and talent sources.
Employee Relations
  • Serve as first point of contact for HR‑related concerns and questions.
  • Address employee relations issues with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Investigate workplace issues, document findings, and recommend solutions.
  • Coach managers on performance issues, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
  • Conduct exit interviews and track trends to support retention strategies.
Performance, Training, and Development
  • Facilitate performance review cycles and ensure timely manager participation.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate development programs.
  • Support leadership development and skills training initiatives from the global HR team.
  • Partner with managers to support career development and internal mobility.
HRIS, Reporting, and Analytics
  • Maintain ADP, generate reports, and provide insights to leadership.
  • Track HR metrics including turnover, headcount, recruiting activity, and employee relations trends.
  • Ensure data accuracy across HR systems and employee files.
  • Produce hiring plans and budgets for HR department
Compensation and Benefits
  • Serve as main point of contact for benefits inquiries.
  • Coordinate benefits enrollment, changes, and annual open enrollment.
  • Partner with brokers and vendors to resolve issues.
  • Support salary review processes, job leveling, and market benchmarking.
What You Bring
  • At least 15 years of progressive HR generalist or HR manager experience.
  • Minimum 5+ years in publicly traded companies in the U.S.
  • Direct experience in setting up HR departments and developing processes and policies and training employees.
  • Expert in ADP HR Pro.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance.
  • Experience coordinating payroll and benefits administration.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
