HR Generalist

Stafford, TX Target Salary Range: $58,000 – $65,000 (depending on direct industrial and DOT compliance experience). If you are seeking an HR role, please share your resume with with salary requirements.
We need a sharp "utility player" with 3+ years of HR experience, ideally coming out of an industrial services, construction, manufacturing, or logistics environment.
Required:
- DOT Compliance:
Direct experience managing background checks, drug screens, and alcohol testing loops in partnership with the HSE Manager. - Data Integrity & Systems Savvy:
Proficient in core HRIS platforms and advanced Microsoft Excel. They must possess the critical thinking skills to manually audit data, track headcount metrics (to address recent high attrition), and verify market data without blindly relying on AI or automated outputs.
This person will have full control of daily operations but will be backed by our Corporate HR Team for centralized payroll, benefits, and compensation infrastructure.
