As a Project Manager
, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing sign projects while working closely with clients, designers, fabricators, and installers. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Manage the entire project lifecycle
• Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and work schedules
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, fabrication, and installation) to ensure smooth workflow
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to keep projects on track
• Oversee permitting, approvals, and compliance with local signage regulations
• Troubleshoot and resolve project-related challenges proactively
• Ensure quality control and adherence to company standards

• Experience:
  
  2+ years in project management, preferably in signage, construction, or a related industry
• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required)
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Familiarity with signage materials, manufacturing processes, and permitting is a plus
• Communication:
  Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Problem‑Solving:
  Ability to anticipate challenges and implement effective solutions
• Time Management:
  Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
• Software Proficiency:
  Experience with project management tools (such as Trello, , or Microsoft Project) is a plus

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
