Role Overview

As a Project Manager
, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing sign projects while working closely with clients, designers, fabricators, and installers. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire project lifecycle
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and work schedules.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, fabrication, and installation) to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to keep projects on track.
  • Oversee permitting, approvals, and compliance with local signage regulations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve project-related challenges proactively.
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to company standards.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience:

    2+ years in project management, preferably in signage, construction, or a related industry.
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Technical

    Skills:

    Familiarity with signage materials, manufacturing processes, and permitting is a plus.
  • Communication:
    Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem‑Solving:
    Ability to anticipate challenges and implement effective solutions.
  • Time Management:
    Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Software Proficiency:
