Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for an Janitorial/Housekeeping environmental services manager located in Houston, TX. The environmental services manager will oversee daily cleaning and maintenance operation at different locations, implement infection control protocols, train and manage team members, monitor adherence to quality standards, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Additionally, this role includes responsibilities such as operations management, budget planning, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in environmental services and infection control practices preferred
• Experience in employee training and staff development
• Strong skills in operations management and streamlining processes
• Ability to commute to Houston and its surroundings
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and foster a positive team environment
• Familiarity with healthcare facilities and regulatory compliance is highly advantageous
