Openwork is hiring a dependable General Laborer – Manufacturing for a manufacturing company in Stafford, TX. This is a hands-on opportunity supporting a facility relocation project, including cleanup, organization, material movement, and general labor duties.

The initial assignment is expected to last several days to a few weeks, with the potential to become a long-term or permanent opportunity based on performance and company needs. Location: Stafford, TX 77477
Pay: $16.00 per hour or higher, based on experience | Weekly Pay
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–3:00 PM
Overtime: Must be available as needed based on company needs

• Assist with cleanup and housekeeping during the facility relocation.
• Move, stage, and organize materials, tools, and equipment.
• Help relocate equipment and supplies between designated work areas.
• Load and unload materials as needed.
• Organize production, storage, and work areas.
• Perform general warehouse and manufacturing support duties.
• Assist with basic material handling and production tasks.
• Use basic hand and power tools when assigned.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist other departments as business needs change.
• Follow all work instructions and company safety procedures.

• 1+ year of general labor, warehouse, manufacturing, production, moving, or material-handling experience.
• Basic experience using hand and power tools.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Comfortable performing physical, hands-on work.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to assist with different tasks.
• Reliable and consistent attendance.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work overtime when required.

• Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Comfortable working in an active manufacturing environment.

• $15-16.00 per hour, based on experience.
