Emerson is seeking a Plant Manager for our Stafford, TX site to lead day-to-day operations across safety, quality, production, maintenance, logistics, and employee relations, aligning with the Global Pressure Management Strategy.
You will own the plant P&L, budgets, and targets, drive Lean and continuous improvement, build a high-performing team, and partner with functions to ensure performance and customer commitments.
