Production Generalist

* ** Pay Rate:**  $16.00 per hour | Weekly Pay

** 30 Minute Paid Lunch

** Available Shifts*
* + Thursday through Monday | 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM

+ Wednesday through Sunday | 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM

+ Saturday through  Wednesday | 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM

+ Friday through Tuesday | 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM

** Position Summary*
* We are seeking dependable and detail oriented  
** Production Generalists
** to join a fast paced production environment. In this role, you will be trained to operate printing, sorting, and mail processing equipment while ensuring accuracy, quality, and productivity standards are met.

** Primary Responsibilities*
* + Operate printing equipment used to produce statements, insurance cards, loyalty cards, and other materials

+ Set up and adjust production equipment to ensure accurate processing

+ Perform quality inspections and verify production quantities

+ Manually insert documents into envelopes and prepare mailings for shipment

+ Operate presorting equipment and identify damaged mail for reprints

+ Sort and stage completed mail for distribution

+ Respond to machine error messages and perform basic troubleshooting

** Requirements*
* + Basic computer skills, including data entry and navigation

+ Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

+ Ability to stand for approximately 95% of the shift

+ Ability to lift between 20 and 50 pounds

+ Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required

** Preferred Qualifications*
* + High School Diploma or equivalent

+ Experience in a high volume production or manufacturing environment

+ Understanding of production workflows and quality standards

+ Team oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
