Marketing Coordinator

Job Description

Leading manufacturer is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to take ownership of day-to-day marketing execution and coordination across the organization. This role is ideal for an early‑to‑mid‑career marketing professional who is eager to learn, grow, and take on real responsibility. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with sales leadership, coordinate with an in‑house Graphic Designer, and help bring structure and momentum to the company's marketing efforts.

This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused, onsite role with significant exposure to leadership and the opportunity to grow into increased responsibility over time.

• Product launches and updates
• Sales tools and collateral
• Website content coordination
• Marketing campaigns and communications

• Sales presentations and product materials
• Agent communications and field marketing support

• Trade shows, factory visits, customer tours, and sales meetings
• Event logistics, materials, and follow‑up

• Maintain brand standards
• Coordinate with Graphic Designer and external resources

• Coordinate with vendors and partners
• Manage timelines and deliverables

• Establish scalable workflows and documentation

• 2-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Comfortable working cross‑functionally
• Willingness to learn a technical product and industry
• Clear communicator with strong attention to detail
• Event planning experience is a plus
