Compensation: $10,000 sign‑on bonus plus a total annual compensation package ranging from $120,000 to $150,000, which includes base salary, car allowance, phone reimbursement, and other benefits. Monthly and quarterly performance bonuses with an uncapped earning potential are also offered.

Thera Care is seeking a dedicated and qualified Registered Nurse (RN) Administrator to lead our home health branch. This role serves as the cornerstone for implementing and supervising administrative policies while overseeing the provision of high‑quality patient care services. As the branch leader, you will maintain compliance with all applicable regulations, drive operational excellence, and foster a culture of compassionate care.
Qualifications- Licensed Home Health Administrator
- 5 years of experience in an administrator leadership role
- 5 years of experience in home health
- Registered nurse (RN) licensed in Texas or compliant with the Board of Nurse Examiners rules for the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
- Experience with OASIS
- Experience with Home Care Home Base (both clinical field side and back‑end office side)
- Good communication, assessment, and strong clinical documentation skills
- Demonstrated decision‑making ability
- Nursing skills as defined by generally accepted standards of practice
- Reliable transportation; valid and current auto liability insurance
- Advises the Board of Directors/Licensee on community needs, staffing, financial planning, professional practices, and health initiatives
- Ensures accurate and timely documentation of services and oversees budgeting and fiscal management to promote patient health and safety
- Develops and maintains administrative policies and management activities, including budgeting, fee collection, and financial reporting to the Board
- Recruits, hires, trains, and evaluates staff to implement agency policies and procedures effectively
- Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and designates a representative for DADS surveyors
- Supervises and evaluates patient satisfaction surveys to improve service quality
- Organizes and oversees the agency’s daily operations
- Establishes a public relations program to promote agency services and foster positive relationships with physicians and community organizations
- Directs the preparation of the agency’s annual report and operational evaluations
- Ensures the safety of patients and residents
