This is a fully office based Bookkeeper role in Stafford.

Description

Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts.
Reconcile accounts and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Prepare and process payroll information efficiently.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for internal use.
Monitor cash flow and maintain up-to-date records of transactions.
Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to improve financial processes.
Respond to financial queries and liaise with external auditors when necessary.

Profile

A successful Bookkeeper should have:

A strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools.
Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
The ability to work independently and meet deadlines efficiently.
Previous experience in the FMCG industry or a similar sector is desirable.
