This is a fully office based Bookkeeper role in Stafford.

• Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts.
• Reconcile accounts and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Prepare and process payroll information efficiently.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for internal use.
• Monitor cash flow and maintain up-to-date records of transactions.
• Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to improve financial processes.
• Respond to financial queries and liaise with external auditors when necessary.

• A strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices.
