SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator for an excellent client of ours based in Burton. This is a great role, offering a lot of variety and also joining a lovely team! The role will be full-time, working Monday to Friday in the office, 9-5pm. There is free parking on site.
This role is a key role for the business, being first point of contact and putting the customer first at all times. The company have long-standing, repeat customers and so although its a smaller team, it's really important to ensure an end to end smooth process for all customers.
Responsibilities- Processing orders on our in-house management system
- Liaising with customers regarding deliveries and scheduling of orders
- Updating customer stock sheets
- Arranging call offs from stock
- Communicating with the Production Team and Account Managers
- Organising proofing and following the process through to the final printed product
- Occasional face to face meetings with customers
- General filing within the department
The successful candidate for this role should have excellent customer service skills, be able to multi-task and prioritise their own workload. In addition, you should have a strong administration background with the ability to pick up new systems.
