At present, University Hospitals of North Midlands is unable to offer visa sponsorship for Band 2 to Band 4 roles, as these positions do not meet the minimum salary and skill thresholds required under UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) regulations.
The vacancy is for an administrative Support within Outpatients. The job can be very demanding and prioritising workloads is important. The following are tasks undertaken everyday, but can change if requirements are required from the division:
- Completing the Appointments for booking within KPI
- Completing and actioning Netcall
- Filling news and follow ups from the BI report
- Working through the slot availability report
- Working alongside the clinic coordinator to fulfil any tasks required
- 5 GRADE C OR ABOVE in GCSE TO INCLUDE MATHS AND ENGLISH
- PREVIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE IN PREFEBALY NHS ENVIROMENT
- GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF IT
- Previous experience of inputting data correctly
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
