Housing Administrator in Stafford

Your new company Hays are currently recruiting for an experienced Housing Administrator based in Stafford for a temporary contract expected to last around 6 weeks. The working hours are 9am–3pm Monday to Friday.

Your new role Housing Administrator – Key Duties

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
• Monitor and respond to emails promptly and accurately.
• Sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing posts.
• Maintain basic records and filing systems for correspondence and documents.
• Provide general administrative support to the housing team as required.
