About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and organised Sales Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain office experience or build on existing administrative skills in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently
Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
Updating and maintaining customer records
Assisting the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks
Preparing basic reports and documentation
Filing, scanning, and general office duties
About You
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail
Organised and able to manage time effectively
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Previous office or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
