At present, University Hospitals of North Midlands is unable to offer visa sponsorship for Band 2 to Band 4 roles, as these positions do not meet the minimum salary and skill thresholds required under UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) regulations.
We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals with excellent customer facing experience and interpersonal skills to work as a Receptionist within the Emergency Department at County hospital sites.
Main DutiesCandidates should possess a professional attitude to their work and have the ability to work flexibly in a busy environment.
You ideally will have experience of a customer-focused role and be familiar with reception/administrative processes and practices. Experience of working within the NHS is desirable. You will be required to work as part of a team as well as being able to use your own initiative and prioritise your workload to meet deadlines.
Qualifications- GCSE's or equivalent to a grade C
- Admin and clerical or secretarial experience
- Previous experience in a customer facing role
- Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office
- Previous experience within an acute care setting
- Knowledge of patient administration and other related systems
- Experience using Careflow and iPortal
