Processing sales orders Scheduling deliveries and updating customers on delivery dates Quoting for spare parts and processing parts orders Taking incoming phone calls Raising purchase orders with suppliers and the factory Providing holiday cover for colleagues within the sales administration team Liaising with warehouses and hauliers to arrange deliveries Updating customer spreadsheets and records Assisting the Office Manager with administrative tasks General ad hoc administration duties as required The ideal candidate will have:
Previous administration experience Good communication skills Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills SAP experience would be advantageous but is not essential This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for ongoing temporary work with an established company.
