Sales Coordinator

Location:

Kettering Salary: £28,000 per year

Hours:

Monday to Thursday, 8:30am – 5:30pm | Friday, 9:00am – 3:00pm Benefits:

Are you the person everyone relies on to keep things organised? What you'll be doing
-Supporting the sales team with day-to-day administration.

-Preparing documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office.

-Keeping customer records accurate and up to date within our CRM system.

-Answering customer enquiries via phone and email with professionalism and confidence.

-Coordinating meetings, managing diaries, and keeping schedules organised.

-Assisting with reporting, data entry, and general business administration.

-Handling confidential information with care and attention.

-Working closely with colleagues across the business to ensure everything runs efficiently. What our client is looking for
-Previous experience in an administration or sales support role.

-Great organisational skills—you love a plan and know how to prioritise.

-Strong attention to detail and a knack for spotting the little things.

-Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

-Experience using CRM systems (or the ability to learn new software quickly).

-Friendly, professional communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
