We are working on a fantastic PA opportunity with a globally recognised fashion supply company based in London. With a team of 60 in their UK office, as well as offices overseas, this is a brilliant opportunity to join an established and international business within the creative sector. This role will support two Directors across a varied mix of business and private PA duties.
One Director will require full business support, while the other will require a blend of approximately 70% private and 30% business support. The environment can be fast-paced and high pressured at times, so they are looking for someone experienced, highly organised and confident managing competing priorities with discretion and common sense. The successful candidate will have previous experience supporting at Director level in both a business and private capacity.
You will be switched on, solutions-focused and able to think ahead, with excellent attention to detail and the confidence to manage a busy, demanding role.
Experience with in a creative environment would be highly advantageous. Responsibilities:
• Providing PA support to two Directors across business and private matters
• Managing complex diaries and scheduling meetings
• Coordinating travel, itineraries and logistics
• Handling correspondence and acting as a key point of contact
• Supporting with private PA tasks, personal appointments and household/lifestyle administration
• Preparing documents, meeting notes and general administration
• Liaising with internal teams across the UK and overseas offices
• Managing expenses, invoices and ad hoc financial administration
• Using initiative to anticipate needs and resolve issues efficiently
• Providing wider ad hoc support as required
Skills and Experience:
• Minimum of 5 PA experience supporting senior individuals or Directors required
• Experience in a creative environment desirable
• Experience across both business and private PA duties essential
• Ideally experience within a creative, fashion, design or similar environment
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Confident working in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressured environment
• Discreet, professional and able to handle confidential information
• Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Proactive, switched on and able to use common sense
• Able to think outside the box and take ownership of tasks
