Are you an experienced Administrator looking for a flexible part-time opportunity?
We are recruiting for a reliable and organised Administrator to join a busy and friendly office based in Stone. This is a temporary position working 3 full days per week and is ideal for someone who can hit the ground running and provide support to a fast-paced team.

Key Responsibilities

• General administration duties
• Data entry and updating internal systems
• Answering telephone calls and responding to emails
• Filing, scanning and document management
• Supporting various departments with administrative tasks
• Maintaining accurate records and databases

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous administration experience
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Organised and able to prioritise workload effectively
• Positive and professional approach to work
